Q. Share with me – you have a bachelor’s now. Tell me about the education that you received? Where did you matriculate?

A. I went part time to Barry University.

Q. Okay. Approximately what years?

A. I think I graduated  -- I don’t remember – maybe 2001. I don’t recall.

Q. What was your degree in?

A. It’s an odd degree. I don’t remember what it is. It’s not standard. It’s not a standard degree. I don’t remember, some odd named degree. I can’t remember.

Comment: The writer can’t help himself here, “can’t rember” a degree?!  Maybe if he paid for it he would. It was a “Liberal Arts” deg.  Cost the taxpayers of the “Point” over $ 30,000.00! maybe $ 40,000.00! let you know later. Lieut. Tina’s also.

The writer also has a video clip that most would consider pornographic. I know it is one I would not send to my friends, male or female. Turns out this one was snet by the one Larry McCarty from his home email address to Don Winer, Officer Scott Donlon et al. Unfortuately Officer Donlon’s wife oppened it as they share the same address. Title of this video, “Genital Massage”. We may post a link to it on the website. You can view it at your option.

After reading the depositions in full, you will  be disheartened by the performance and standards to which some employees peformed or violated the Town’s ‘Personnel Manual” seemingly with out regard to standards of performance stated therein.

You should be particularly displeased when you are witness to the statemnets that describe whats on the Chief’s computer: “ hey come see this one “, this is the video clip or photo on screen which shows a females bare chest and the caption reads

Which one is real” or words to that effect. We have paraphrased .

The names of the senders (“friends”) to the Chief’s computer at work are interesting, as both are residents and one a former Commissioner & Mayor, key words “former”.
