"Depositions-Sex-harassment-Case, Chief of Police, et al."
Notable quotes from the actual depositions in this case.

Dear Residents:
The above deposition is by former Sewall's Point police officer Rebecca Brady.
Ms. Brady was trying to get a job with the Martin County Sheriff's dep't. It seems the Chief of police tried to stop her progression. The writer says "seems" but we have since come across a way to prove her claim. Seems becomes the obvious. It "seems" the Chief of Police has used the same tactic with other police officers. I think this depo brings up the missing Christmas money issue. Read on, keep scrolling.

Total McCarty deposition pages 99. We have posted 33.  The balance not electronically transferable at this time. Draw your own conclusions. In the writers opinion, a  review of the depositions would leave one hard -pressed to come to any another conclusion, than  that he violated the Town's trust as per the Towns "Personnel Manual"..
